TG Platform Administrator Update
Please see below for a list of the releases this week, as well as an outline of what is scheduled for the upcoming week.
TG Platform Releases - Week 14th - 18th August
  • Ability to export Settlement listing as a .CSV to Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to create competition templates (eg. ladder and statistics templates)
  • Ability to resolve duplicate records (by navigating to: MEMBERSHIPS > Dashboard > Possible Duplicates > View Duplicate)
We had committed to providing the following two additional releases this week: 
  • Ability to test the form in 'draft' mode, without test data entering the members listing
  • Ability to refund at levels other than national
These two items are still undergoing final testing:
  • The ability to test the form in draft mode, without test data entering the database and will be deployed into your live environment on Monday next week. This will mean you can test the registration form when it is set to Draft mode, without test data entering the members listing.
  • The ability to refund registration fees within the system will also be released middle of next week
Scheduled Releases Week Commencing 21st August
Next week's release will be predominantly competition management focused and relate to the following:
  • Create a competition 
  • Create teams and define their home venues
  • Add teams to a competition
  • Add roles to a team (Coach, Official etc.) 
  • Add venues and playing surfaces for fixturing capabilities
  • Generate a schedule with teams venues dates and times
  • Enter results for a game in the TG Platform console
We will also be working to rectify known issues in the system, which is detailed below. 
TG Platform Defect Update
SportsTG are aware of several known issues that we are continuing to have resolved. These include the ability to extract form information, improving the consistency of the financial filter screen and streamlining the member log-in process. Rectifying these issues is our highest priority.
