Reporting in TG Platform
The purpose of this email is to provide more clarity on the reporting options available to your club, in order to ensure you can access all the information you require.
Member Finances Report
To extract out a list of those members who have paid registration fees for the 2017/18 Season, please utilise the Member Finances Report. This includes the transaction date, orderer name, member name, birthdate, registration fee/s purchased, organisation, settlement organisation, amount paid, and payment type.

This can be accessed in two areas:
  1. MEMBERSHIPS > FINANCES
  2. MY ORGANISATION > FINANCES > MEMBER FINANCES

This is available to be extracted as a CSV.


You also have the ability to apply financial filters to your member's listing. This will allow you to quickly see who is financial at national, state, association (if applicable) and club level. Click below for instructions on how to access the financial filter listing:

Custom Questions & Answer Data
To receive a list of your custom questions and answers tied to each member record, please submit a support request to the following:

support@sportstg.com

With subject line ‘[Club Name] – Custom Questions Request’

Our team will supply you with your file upon receipt of this request. We will only send the file to a registered administrator email who is listed within the ‘Officers & Permissions’ tab within your club’s TG Platform Console.

Please ensure the email you are sending from is consistent with the email address listed within TG Platform.

This will be sent as an Excel spreadsheet and contain all of the requested custom data information your members have completed in their registration form.

SportsTG is continuing to work to ensure clubs are able to extract this information themselves. 

We will keep you updated when you are able to extract all of this data via TG Platform.
