How do I add contacts to an Organisation I created?

NOTE: you must have created an organisation before you add contacts. Please see the article How do I Create a new Organisation? to create an organisation.

From My Organisation, select My Hierarchy.

Select the Organisations tab.

Click on the organisation name you want to add contacts. This opens the details page.

Select the Contacts tab.

Click Add New Contact.

Enter the required information and click Save. The contact will be added to the organisation.
